Returns

Due to the personalized nature of signed books, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact form on the website and include your order number and photos of the issue.

Author Shaquina is not responsible for carrier delays or for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen.
